I highly recommend Dr. Shubham Jain and Dr. Ankur Bahal. 👉
Extremely satisfied and consider ourselves fortunate enough to visit and get my father treated for Cancer at a critical time, when we lost all hope. As stage of cancer was in advanced stage, based on intial report it was a without hope case. But, Dr. Ankur Bahal, Dr. Harit Chaturvedi, discussed the available options, consulted outside too, referred too many sources of information and accordingly chalked a well thought out plan. Dr. Ankur bahal did the wonder, salute to his plan, effort, deciding the dosage and way ahead of treatment, when the further test reports before beginning the treatment came as per his expectation, he was so pleased and happy with his decision of test, his response calmed us that yes its treatable. Dr. Bahal intially and Dr. Shubham jain later on kept the belief alive in us. Their Humane approach, gentle behaviour gave us courage and hope throughout the process of investigation, treatment and monitoring.
My father is fit and fine now after very caring process and chemotherapy, and after post follow up tests Doctors have shown pleasure and we are elated. They have vast experience, expertise, and most of all have an intent to serve, to care and to challenge the disease.
The entire process was very smooth, comforting and thats why we also resolved to fight cancer and overcome it. We all did it. Though we have to come back again for follow up as advised after 3 months so that nothing is still taken for granted and it be monitored.
I would like to thank each and every person of the hospital involved in this process, from doctors to all support staffs, nurses, dietician for making an unforgettable time a pleasant experience, will remember forever. My deepest gratitude and thanks to the hospital administration.
Wishing a much more evolving future, bringing growth, name and blessings to Max Hospital, Saket always. Keep doing the Act of God on his behalf.
Jai Ho !

Visited Dr. Shubham Jain (Surgical Oncologist) For Breast Cancer Treatment

It was our first( hopefully last) time dealing with breast cancer. My mother was diagnosed with early stage of breast cancer, we were really scared and didn't know how or what to do. We were visiting Dr. Rajneesh Malhotra, my father's cardiologist, for a checkup. He is the most genuine, humble and helpful person I know. He suggested we met with Dr. Harit, and he also got us an appointment with him the very next day. As soon as we meet Dr. Harit and his team of doctors, we know we were in safe hands. Any battle with a disease is not easy but fighting with cancer is unimaginable tough. But Dr. Harit, Dr Shubham, Dr Khalid, Dr Davrath, Dr Charu and so many others helped us get through this difficult time in our life. They supported us and answered all our questions with gentleness and patience. Dr. Harit and Dr. Shubham especially have always been so kind to us. Taking time to listen to our concerns and addressing them to our satisfaction, no matter how busy they are, when they meet you they always make you care for and heard. For the primary care taker of a cancer patient there are so many unanswered questions and queries. I always got a prompt response from them whenever I called or emailed. Once I had gone to show reports to Dr. Charu, i remember she was totally packed with appointments that day and I was told by her assistant that i will have to wait a while as she is between patients and procedures the whole Afternoon. So I thought it will be a long wait. I saw her running up and down to see her patients, she saw me in passing while entering her room and motioned me in and asked are the tests done. I was really amazed that she remembered about the tests as she has so many patients. I said yes and showed her all the reports and with 3 mints I was out of the hospital driving back home. It was a very humbling experience for me as I thought that I would have to wait the whole afternoon to show test reports. It's not just the doctors but the people sitting at reception, the nurses, the ward boys and each and every member of the oncology team that works so hard and tirelessly in such an intense environment. Me and my family would like to thank the entire oncology team for extending their help and full support in our time of need and they are still doing so. Thank You.

Further, you will be shocked to know that we were informed that the minor laser operation would coast us approximately 70, 000 which was more than the rates of the market but trusting the doctor and the hospital we agreed. But it was our mistake, post operation they asked us to pay approximately 1,50,000 ONE LAKH FIFTY THOUSAND RUPEES and UNTIL I paid the entire amount, they didn't allow my sister to change the cloth.
I might not be a correct person to use the medical terminology in my writing but what I have written above is correct and true without any fabrication of facts. *** **** **** ** *** **** *** ******** *** **** ******* **** ** *** **** *** **** *** *** ***** *** ******** **** ** **** *** **** ** ************** ** ***** **** ** **** **** ******* *** **** ***** *** ***** *** ****
Visited Dr. Sumeet Sethi (Cardiologist)
What began as a Discomfort ...
Feb. 19...It wasn’t a day I‘d want to remember.
Some time after lunch, all of a sudden I felt a little discomfort on the chest. That was for the start. By the second, then, it took the form of a throbbing, pain and more pain. And there was dizziness, to boot. Oh God, heart attack? The ghabrahat was awesome. An unspoken fear gripped all of us.
Within minutes, relatives drove me to Max Emergency (next door) as a man 83 years old was just beginning to see his world very nearly collapse like a pack of cards!
Now, clearly, was not the time to line up to fill out hosp applications and the like. Thankfully, at a random curtained-off enclosure right there about the Entry, a band of helpful medical staff surfaced. ECG-ready and the like, they moved in instantly, when they scented a danger imminent. They doubled up the efforts, up until they wheeled me right into the Cathlab.
All my life, I’ve never been candidate for a blood pressure, heart attack or such other ailment. How proud I used to be that way. Now here I was -- about to undergo an inevitable coronary procedure.
At the hands of an Interventional Cardiologist. We picked up first-person recommendation about him on our way to the hospital -- from a professional colleague in the media. Now, I’d say, Dr Sumeet Sethi truly lived up to his image. To the doctor and his youthful team, I am even more obliged for one important reason: I am able to live on today to write these few lines!
To the lay person, Sethi is easy to communicate. You at once get the impression he’s listening to your ‘ghabrahat’; “Sir, take it from me. You’re going to be all right,” he’d say. “Oh, no ... the procedure is not painful. A prick of the pin, no more?” And as he starts the procedure, he asks you: “Sir, did it hurt?” A perfect man at confidence-building, I told myself.
So simple it was that you wouldn’t know it lasted even the 45 minutes it took actually. By then, he had investigated it as “a Double Vessel Disease!“. And tracking the artery “block”, he went ahead and planted a “stent” to ease the flow of blood.
His professional talent apart, I’ve found him to be a modest person, totally self-effacing. Says the doctor, “The procedures are uncomplicated and well tolerated by the patient.”
At ACC where I was recuperating post-procedure, I found the medical, para-medical and almost every other member of the staff to be very congenial, courteous and willing to help you. The management in charge deserve full kudos. And, if it were not for a hospital, one would have said the facility is so good one wishes to visit it again (ha, ha)..
